I never received a refund as requested. You gave me a credit to my account and in the process deleted a previous $10 credit. So I reordered the item that never previously shipped to me to use the credit you gave me INDTEAD of the refund required by law. You should hope and pray that I get this order or I am pursuing legal actions. First step is not so promising. The tracking number provided with the shipment notice is a bogus tracking #. It’a not a valid usps or a ups tracking #.
