I, too, am FUMING and have serious issues with your company. I have already reported to the BBB and see that a lawsuit was just settled. Another one should be started. I have been calling for 2 straight days and emailed several times and cannot get a single response. This is the most insane customer service I have encountered. I have tried to contact AdoreMe via email (as it said in the original post), but have been waiting for a week and a half for a response. I'm mostly posting to warn others to not order if they need anything in a rush.I know that this must be extremely frustrating and difficult for the customer service people who can't do anything either because of company policy or because it's literally not something you can control.I honestly really like your product, and am excitedly waiting for my package. I wish you customer service people only the best, and hopefully all this can be worked out soon so you can hopefully get some peace back. Good luck!

Hello,Thank you for replying. Though customer service was responsive to my first two emails, I have not had a response to my last two emails sent. I'm only politely asking for an ETA.
