Called customer service twice and they had the audacity to hang up on me today....I was supposed to have my products by today and surprise, surprise they aren't here yet and I leave for vacation on Friday. Yea, yall never got back to me. I HAD TO CALL YOU!!!!! AND WHAT DID YOU DO? GIVE ME SOME *** AND BULL ABOUT MY SIZES NOT BEING AVAILABLE ANYMORE FOR WHAT I WANTED. Gave me a store credit (and couldnt her the VIP discount either might I add) and now all that did was drag my *** back into this limbo!!!! Processing delayed and when I call, THEY HAVE NO IDEA WHEN THE ORDER WILL BE PROCESSED.WHAT THE *** ARE YOU PLAYING AT??!!
