Gillece Services - Bait and switch where I paid 2000.00 for jet/service which technician said would last 5 years.It has been 16 months and waiting over 24 hours for them to return and do something to correct the problem

Paid 2000.00 for Jet/service.On 5/11/2020..the tech said the service would last for 5 years.but it's been 16 months and problem is back.I have called countless times the last 24 hours and they say I'm next on the list..well no use of toilets for over 23 hours.Shabby way to run a business..and I spent 2000.00 so I feel it needs to last as they said so they need to rectify..and we need to use the facilities They are giving me the run around
