Zulily - Billing
I have been with Zulily 12 years and never had a problem until now I received a text message with an amount that was more than my purchase. Called Zulily and was told I was late on a payment my response was no I never recd a billing statement and was told by Zuilly that I was on e bill and sent a text a month ago about the bill which I never got message are knew about the system being used called e bill

Preferred solution: Late fee in full. Have never been late in the 12 years I've been with you and didnt get any message concerning New system e bill
User's recommendation: Make sure you know what the new system they are using cancel there credit card and use old way of payment

I have had a similar problem with them. I have been with them for years.
I have never missed a payment. It is automatically withdrawn from my checking. I never had any problems with them until a few months ago. I decided to do the pay in the smart pay but they took the entire amount That was fine except it happened the next time I ordered and yesterday I was checking my zulilfy orders and noticed that it showed no payment.
I then went to Synchrony bank and chatted with customer service who said that I was not behind on payments.
Still zulilys customer service dept states that I do. LOL
