US Medical Supplies - Lack of communication between us meds and dr office

I was approved for continuous glucose monitor over a month ago. US meds say doctor's office doesn't send needed info. Doctors office faxed everything to them 4 different times. I keep getting e-mails from US meds asking me to contact doctors office, which I have done, 4 different times. Still getting e-mails from US meds. Very, very frustrating.

Preferred solution: US meds should contact doctors office by phone. Talk to them!
