Lastminute - Still carnt use my voucher

After a few years now due to covid weve been left with a letter/ voucher we have no idea how or what we can use the voucher against a holiday ? Flights ? Who can / carnt we use or trust that THEVE accepted the voucher no ? Very sceptical and vague . Please contact me with step by step instructions showing clearly a voucher been used for approx £500?

Great company that are empathetic when it comes to the older age range that carnt copy and paste voucher codes Now they are not on the telephones and totally on line they didnt let me down and got back to me via my enquiry. Thankyou for helping me get back on track. Now I have the confidence to book my trip and search in the Varoius gifts in confidence.

Buyagift - Waiting on that customer services call

Iv got Varoius out of date vouchers mainly because of illness and covid that Iv racked up some unused vouchers I really need to talk first hand to one of their team my codes are not recognised on their platform this us so frustrating Iv spoke to them over the phone before in the past its teriyhsr I carnt pick up the phone and sort this out I wouldnt trust buying another one as this is an awful mess to be in please ring me !!?

We were let down with our return flight back from the Caribbean and waited nearly a year for our voucher email after us not being able to use our voucher we've rung for help on occasions, and they always struggle to get us up in the system. Now we believe the voucher has expired. The chap the other week promised us we would receive a new voucher by email as it was their fault that the code which we had didn't work we've waited only to be disappointed as nothing's arrived, so we rang back again and after waiting an eternity again we finally got through and spoke with a very fast speaking inpatient young girl again she couldn't find the booking reference? Yet she knew how much the voucher was ? She abruptly said she cannot do anything as the booking isn't in their system?! So she put the phone abruptly and left us gob smacked and disgusted in her rude, unprofessional manner . So it seems our £1305 is never going to be back in our ok lets to rebook another holiday as we really are fighting a totally loosing battle. What an awful disrespectful company to deal with! Never again
