Capital One - Can't log in to account to make payments without code and they won't let us change our cell number for the code

Our online account has to have a code to sign in and they won't let us change our cell number so it can be text to us and no one wants to email it to us so there fore no payments can be made till this issue is fixed and I am not mailing out debit card number in to be used or giving our bank account number and routing number through the mail so someone needs to fix the issue so you can get our payments before due date Our new cell number is 936) 433 **** and that is the only phone we have that we can receive text on the phone is under My wife's name Betty Holman if this issue is not fixed then no payment is sent we are not able to run to mail office to send our payments in I am in rehab due to a stroke and my wife is here each day to help with my rehab so that if and when I get to go home she will be there to help me when the therapist is not for in home therapy

User's recommendation: find a different card to use because you won't get help from Capital one without a phone to get text messages on and never change numbers after you get their card.
