very satisfied with pissed consumer website. They got me into speaking to a live person at Amazon.

However, the representative I spoke to did everything in his power to avoid my concern. I ordered a product that was supposed to be shipped overnight and on the second day, I called complaining the representative. I spoke to first said for me to keep the item and I was going to get a refund. That representative then canceled the item while it was in transport to my house, the delivery driver saw canceled and kept the product and said that the customer refused delivery which was false cause I never talk to anybody he Amazon delivery never came to my house.

Getting back to the representative, the last representative I called. I told him what happened and that I was still supposed to get the product and he avoided it telling me "you need to purchase it again and I will guarantee you next day delivery" but that avoids the subject of getting the item for troubles.

Theres been a few times that Amazon has offered prime overnight delivery and failed to do so. Im not going to complain until the item is in my possession then I will get my refund and keep the item.
