I used Unilever shampoo Studio Solutions and my hair fell out, and I got blister on my scalp. I only used the shampoo for about a month and I lost over half my hair. My hair was super thick and all the way to my belt loop long. Now it is only halfway down my back, Super thin and damaged. They put a chemical called DMDM Hydantoin in the shampoo knowing it causes cancer and hair loss among many other health problems. They were sued a few years ago for the same thing in V05 so they knew it hurt people and they did it anyways. The chemical is to prolong shelf life. They are harming us just to make a dollar off us.

Verizon Wireless - Bogus charges

I signed a 2 year contract with Verizon and received cell phone services with them. Everything was all good in the first few months. They work with you on late bills and things. Well, I then added a jetpak hotspot to my contract. Of course with adding a new line my bill was not due and so I had a zero balance. So the jetpak came in and it was supposed to be half price with a new line which was $10 a month. Both my cell phone and the jetpak were unlimited plans. Well a month later I get a bill with verizon and the bill went from a zero balance to $2200. All from internet overages. I should have never had any overage because both lines were signed in contract for unlimited everything, including hotspot. This is around the time covid hit so verizon automatically adds everyone into a deferment plan and splits the owed bill in to six months or more payments. I never asked to be in this deferment plan to begin with but now this $2200 bill is stuck in this deferment plan causing mem to be turned of over and over and over again. I fought and fought and fought with Verizon for months. From June when the charges were first brought about Feburary when I have had enough and turned the services off and started searching for legal help.

User's recommendation: Please pay close attention to all charges on your bill monthly and make sure you understand your contract.

right now I am out of $134 and at least 22 points on my credit report and I'm a college student so I'm sure it will get even higher before I am able to get the balance leveled off

Green Dot Moneypak - Still no response months later

I bought a moneypak card for the amount of $200 and never was able to upload the money on any greendot card or even make the account to attempt to load it on a card. I have tried calling but only get a response by recording telling me to file complaint on website. I filed the complaint and heard nothing back. Made a complaint here and heard nothing back. Greendot and monkeypak are a joke. IF I COULD RATE WITH NO STARS THEN I WOULD.

User's recommendation: DO NOT PURCHASE A MONEYPAK CARD IT'S A RIP OFF.

Still have not heard anything back after emailing moneypak and have not been able to locate a customer service number to speak with a live rep.

I purchased a $200 moneypak card for my daughter who is in college in another city. Get home and send her the info to find out that the moneypak can not be loaded for what ever reason. I have been trying to contact someone since Jan 22 and it is now Feb 9. I've put in three or more online request and tried to find a contact number to be able to speak to a live person only to never getting anywhere. I'm still out of my $205.95 and my daughter is still away from home with no money. I am a single mother who don't have anymore money to send her. This is such a shame. Bots and recordings have taken over. Do better.

User's recommendation: I wont be purchasing again and I advise you be real careful if you do.
