Home2 Suites - Why I couldn't get my room cleaned

I have neen here since the 2nd of July and will be here till the 10th. I started to put my things away and the draws were filthy from people before.

The dust o. The refrigerator and the table by the 2 beds were filthy. I ask Rob if I could get my room clean showed hi. Pictures of the dirt.

Oh yes Nothing. The following day went down can I get my room clean oh yes it should of been done. Nothi g. I love your hotels.

But this is I just do not care what you have to say to me attitudes. Im in Asheville at the Biltmore center.

I give the people that clean my room good money because they deserve it. Not so much this time.

Vitalgo - No No No Customer service unprofessional shipping took 3 months

I have been a loyal customer four several years. But this time i ordered it took three months or longer to receive my order. It kept getting lost in the paper work. I was real put off when i called, and it was no big deal to them .. I have been in retail for 28 years.. It put me back.. how this world is changing and it taught me a good lesson on my part about customer service and we do not have it any more... sooo sad. It can truly set your day off on the wrong track. Yes

The VitalGo discussed in these comments is not the same VitalGO associated with the logo. The logo is the development company VItalGo which makes hospital products. The comments are referring to another VitalGo that makes something non related.
