Petland Columbus - Poor customer service!!
There were 7 employees standing around talking and on phones etc. while we were trying to pick out a dog. They let us look at one dog and even required an ID to do that. Then told us we couldn't look at it anymore because they were too busy. They had 1 employee for every 2 customers. Unbelievable that petland allows these young girls to get away with this. We will buy our dog elsewhere.
