TracFone - TERRIBLE customer support disconnects before completing issue.

I order time/minutes with a discount code that was accepted for $50 off in the cart. I entered cc# and continued to have the transaction completed but charged $150 instead. I called and was on the phone with a customer service rep for 23 minutes and then was disconnected. I called a second time and the same happened, disconnected. I sepnt a total of almost 1 hour, using tracfone minutes, lost to useless disconnected tracfone customer service. They drag the time away only to be disconnected. I will refute the cc charges until they fix to correct the charge to $95 as indicated in my cart.

User's recommendation: Be prepared for surprises of any flavor from Tracfone and poor customer service.
