Dell - HORRIBLE customer service

The absolute worst - you get bounced around from dept to dept - disconnected numerous times because they don't know how to transfer. NOBODY speaks english. Purchased a desktop that stopped working after 2 weeks. Trying to get a replacement. Keep being told supervisor will call you to confirm/approve replacement. 50+ calls to Dell (5+ hrs wasted on the phone) and still not resolved. Will NEVER buy from Dell again.
