Sole Treadmills - Poor service

I have an older treadmill. I have been calling, leaving return calls, sending emails and calling customer service for a month. Each time I actually talk to a rep, I get promised they'll call/email me in 24-48 hours only to receive nothing. I understand I'm out of warranty, just want someone to schedule an appointment to come and fix the problem. I understand it will cost me some money and I'm willing to pay that someone, just tell me who is all I'm asking for.

User's recommendation: Buy a treadmill from another vendor.
