Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with full refund. Got tired of there lack of customer service and demanded a full refund and returned snowblower.

I wanted to add that Factory Authorized Outlet did not offer the refund until I involved PayPal to help with my problem. They contacted Factory Authorized Outlet and told them I wanted a full refund and would return snowblower.

I wanted to add I had to get PayPal involved to get my refund back. They did a super job for me.

Factory Authorized Outlet never helped out at all to fix the problem.

I do not see how they stay in business! There the worst!!!!

Nothing has happened. Have contacted company 5 times now and nothing has been resolved. What a terrible company to deal with!!!!

Ordered a snowblower a few weeks ago and the snowblower that was delivered was not what was shown on there site. I have contacted there customer service several times and they offer to have me return snowblower but I want to keep blower and want missing parts I did not get according to there website picture. I have sent pictures several times to show what I did not get. The sad thing about this whole thing is my father in law had same problem with Wal-Mart but Walmart resolved problem right away. I called and emailed before this order shipped to me to make sure I was getting snowblower pictured on there site and they said yes! Well I did not get correct snowblower. All I want is parts that are missing or refund for missing parts! Missing green *** on shaft that turns shut and folding handle bar hardware.

Saiyibo - Beware of this company

This company is located in Boulder Co. They got hold of my debit card and carded $35.40 to it for something I never caught from them .Tried to call there number 1-30*-***-**** but it's not valid. I turned the company in to BBB better business bureau and the Tried to contact company but had not luck as the company did not reply back to them after several tries. The BBB will keep them on a list for a year.bewa

Greenworks Tools - Really bad customer service

I bought a 40v mower thru Amazon and when I got mower and was assembling it I went to adjust mower deck height and noticed the place to raise deck looked to be missing something. Just *** I looked at manuel and there should be a pointer or year to move deck up or down. I used a Philips screw driver in hold and raised deck with that. I went to amazons site and found customer service email and went off email telling what was wrong. Got a service number back from Greenworks and then waitied. It was a week and heard nothing. I went a second email to Greenworks and got another service number. It's been there weeks now with now follow up with greenworks. I was able to work with Amazon and they made it right with me. Amazon is a top notch company! Greenworks costumer service sucks!!!

Ordered some Hard to find bushes and got them at he end of April 2021. Planted them all the next day. All were doing well up till about a week ago (mid june) and noticed one was looking brown and leaves were dropping off. I have tried to contact nursery twice and they are not returning my emails. I will wait to see if they contact me. Not very happy at all and have a dead bush!

FRAM - They suck!

I have used fram filters for years. Just recently I purchased a filter to do an oil change and after install I was checking for leaks and oil was coming out of where filter was put on. I tried to tighten more but still leaked. After removing filter the rubber gasket came off filter. Never seen that before. I went to store where I bought filter and looked at a new filter in the box and touched the rubber gasket and it came off filter. I talked to store auto department about problem but not sure what they will do. Filters looked rusty on top of the filter that areas on to engine. It's says Mexico on box now to. I have used Fram oil filters for over 30 years and now have problems. Will be last Fram filter I buy! So beware of Fram oil filters. Quality has gone south!

I have a Ariens compact 20 I bought new in 2003 and is best snow blower I have had yet until I got my new Deluxe 24 snow blower Jan/2021. My compact 20 was very easy to use and had no issues at all with it. I decided to sell my compact 20 because winters are changing where I live and I'm getting more snow every year and the 5 hp is not keeping up with my large driveway/sidewalks now. I hated to sell compact 20 but I'm super pleased with new blower. Ariens got it right on snow blowers. Very user friendly and very.very reliable. I plan to keep this new blower for a long time! Still American made.
