Home Shopping Network - POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE! LOST MY MONEY
Ordered a dash cam from HSN thinking it was a great price. While waiting for it a friend told me it wasn't a great price so I decided not to keep it. I opened the outside box that held the return label without even opening the dash cam box inside and sealed it up and took it to my UPS store to return. That was ONLY 4 days after receiving it! I never received a credit so called HSN the rep said it WAS received and sent back to the factory, will receive credit in 7-10 days. Didn't so called again...was told the exact same thing by the 2nd rep. He said if I didn't receive the credit by August 9th to call. Called on the 10th and was told by 3rd rep NO was never received anything, what is the tracking #? I didn't have one so she wouldn't help me! Called AGAIN and the 4th rep said they did NOT receive it and gave me the tracking number! The local UPS store won't help, UPS won't help and HSN who I've spent hundreds of dollars with this summer won't help! Don't even use them ever! They do not stand by their customers! They used to many years ago...not now! Have had many issues this summer with this company besides this one. Won't use them again.

Micheles reputation as, The Matchmaker in Denver is well deserved! I joined Bon Jour and have only very positive things to say about my experience. I had my first introduction in 2 weeks and my experience with Michele has exceeded my expectations. Bon Jour focuses on having clients meet quality people. All of the profiles Michele reviewed with me were very attractive and successful women. Her in person interview included reviewing photos and detailed profile descriptions of other women together. Micheles matchmaking service is much different than other matchmaking companies in Denver, which pay very little attention to their clients requests. I used to be a member of a Denver based match making service and all of my matches for 1 year were completely off base, especially from a physical standpoint. Most importantly, Michele takes the guess work out of dating. Shes in constant communication with you and guides you in the right direction when you meet someone. This includes coaching and giving advice when its needed. Thats invaluable in my opinion! Lets face itdating can be exhausting and frustrating. But its wonderful to know that Michele is honest and sincerely cares about her clients. D. H., M.D., Age 41
