Menards - Sent me wrong items, refused replacement or refund sent me the wrong items. After reaching out right away to get the problem solved customer service rep Britanny told me she was so sorry for the mistake and would get a replacement out right away. After a week of back and forth I get an email saying they won't refund/replace the wrong items as a 3rd party vendor shipped the items, so they were not taking responsibility. I either want the items I ordered or a full refund! BBB will be notified next and then my credit card company. Customer service rep was poor at best!
