DHL - Parcel not delivered

parcel has not been delivered and claims app requires a lot of documents. It is not possible to claim without these documents. Parcel Delivery numberd is not enough

User's recommendation: allow claiming based on parcel number.

This level of service from TAP airlines seems to be consistent with our issue. Hard to understand as this was a terrific airline a couple years ago.

Now their customer service is terrible, at best, and their reservation staff seem to be adrift in a world of numb.

Perhaps, when they’ve lost enough business some overpaid executive will figure it out and get them back on track. If it wasn’t for having vouchers from previously cancelled flights, I would most certainly use another airline, at least until TAP gets it together.

After 2 and a half months the case is not resolve. The average response time for any inquiry is usually more than 3 weeks.

also they claim it is 2 weeks.

the case is all the time passed to third party - rental company, insurance etc and now responsibility is taken.

Lack of information flow, each agent starts the work from the beggining. Bad coordination of the subcontractors.

Having had insurance vaiwer not money given back.
