Lyft - Charged for service that I never received

I tried Uber, no drivers available, so they refunded me. Then I tried Lyft, online it said I was getting a discount of 50 percent off of 36 dollars and change. I entered my card info. They took off 48.00 immediately. Then said no driver available. I was trying to get to work, it was a sat. Which means time and a half pay. They never contacted me about the status of a ride. So not only did I lose out of my 48.00 , my pay for the over time, but now I have a point against me now at work. They never even contacted me back about my refund.

User's recommendation: Do not give them the chance to take your hard earned money, then not show to take you. Call Uber!
