Northstyle - Unhappy with this company
It is too bad this company has such bad customer service and shipping/return policies. It's too bad because their clothing is really cute and up to date. While there are many items I am interested in, I will not order from this company unless a major management change is made. They take forever to issue credit, charge for return items, and this was the straw that broke the camel's back: I had an item on back order for several months, then recently, they cancelled it. Then, low and behold, the item they cancelled shows up in their recent catalog!! Their policies are truly out of sync with current online shopping practices. Their company would truly profit if they paid attention to their unhappy customers. Just remember: "The customer is always right." They
