Hi there! Thanks for your input - I actually have sent several letters to Credit acceptance, completed several disputes, etc.

All of which have resulted in getting the remarks removed. The problem is, Credit Acceptance keeps adding the remarks back to my credit report....after I've had them removed....several times.
