CAUSED SEVERE ITCHING AND BURNING OF MY SCALP, wOULD LIKE TO RETURN FOR A REFUND. PLEASE ADVISE AND HOW TO DO SO. IHAVE MIXED THE SOLUTIONS TOGETHER AS INSTRUCTED.
