I work for Merry Maids in a different state. I don't understand why the owner would tell her employees not to use lemon oil?

Also the products we use are Green, no toxic chemicals? What did they use on your furniture and cabinets? What a devistating experience for you. The owner of the company has insurance?

The lack of empathy they showed is disgraceful. I've been cleaning for 20 years and I have never heard of anything like this. Merry Maids that I work for has an excellent staff and we have one of the highest approval ratings. Our owner does a thorough background check!

We have a meeting every Friday to address everything, complaints, positive reviews and discuss everything we can do to make sure our customers are completely satisfied. We're there to provide a service for you and our quality of the work we do is absolutely important to us.

It absolutely comes down to who owns the company. I'm sorry you had such a horrific experience!

We do show what we sell on our website...if there is a time that for some reason we would stop carrying a product we would also take it off of our website. If we failed to do this in error we apologize.

Atkins Nutritionals - Atkins online ordering meals never arrive.

On 8/2/17, I ordered Chef evening meals and Frozen Foodie Meal Kit for $159.98. With a measly $8 credit but I should have had been able to use my Atkins10, which would have given me 10% off. But Atkins scammed me out of that also. Shipping was to be Standard within 2-5 days. It is now 8/8/17, after numerous emails and phone calls, I receive no return calls or emails notify me what happed to my meals after Atkins has already removed money from my credit card on 8/3! When you call, it says press #4, which the person says we don't take care of that press #6. #6 is World Pantry and they say press #4. Three ring circus! Not one number is customer service and not one person there knows what's going on or where to direct you for help. Suggestion: Don't order from Atkins Online because they take your money and you don't receive your food. I guess that's how the diet really works...you starve.
