Midnight Velvet - Terrible Customer Service

Received notice my payment has not been received, which was mailed on December 21, 2020, with a due date of January 5, 2021. I checked my account and did not see that my $75.00 payment had not been cashed. I then called and spoke with a gentleman, and he said a late charge had been added and that would be lifted upon the bill being paid and asked could he send me to the automated system and I said whatever he could do to get this resolved. I paid the bill in full and asked where is the bill to show me that the late charge would be removed. I then spoke today with two different people who were not kind and gave a bunch of excuses. This is no way to treat persons who are great customers. This must be handled and my check for the $75.00 returned and close my account and stop the solicitation of your magazines. I will also let others know how Midnight Velvet treats good customers and do not buy from you.
