Marvin Windows And Doors - Rotting sillls on Marvin wondows

Went to open a Marvin casement in my home. Crank mechanism pulled rotted wood right out of sill! I replaced all of the windows in my home with high end Marvin wooden windows. Several have rotted. They were installed about 15 years ago, but should the wood rot out with normal use? I am annoyed. Anyone ever use a window repair company to replace rotted wood on sill?

User's recommendation: I cannot recommend Marvin windows.
