ADP - New Employer Pay Stubs Not Showing Up in Account

My previous employer used ADP and I can still see their pay stubs but my current employer pay stubs are not showing up. My year-end W-2 for my current employer shows up but that is all. I can't get anyone on the phone at ADP to help and my current employer, who is a small company, can't figure out why my pay stubs aren't showing up either. I have received an initial email from ADP so trying to work on it now with them.

User's recommendation: If you are an employee looking to talk to a live person at ADP, I haven't found a way to do that, which is very frustrating. This type of non-customer service is unacceptable. You should always be able to talk with someone live. You will have to do some digging to even find an email address to find help from ADP as an employee. Help only seems to be able to employers.
