Fingerhut - Lack of customer service. Poor ordering system.

Ordered to bedding items. Duvet was cheap and appeared faded. In process of shipping back. Ordered a comforter, but system said the transaction was not complete. Hit the button to buy again. Now I have two that are being shipped. I can't get any help. Do not want to pay all the shipments for these two items I will have to return. I only wanted one comforter. Poor, horrible, frustrating system. I feel I can't trust fingerhut. I'm a new customer. What a miserable experience. I could have went two blocks to Walmart, Burlington or Ross' with a much better experience. Their recording does not even recognize the two comforters. It was been a view days since that order.
