Capital One 360 - Terrible Experience

The most painful, ridiculous process I have ever experienced! Simply tried adding someone to the account and after 2 days, 2 managers, 3 reps and countless attempts - they still can't figure it out and keep asking us to re-do the "process" over and over and still doesn't work! Very inflexible and unhelpful

None - close the account since they can't seem to figure out how to add someone to the account without talking to them over and over and over!
