BellaLabs - Scammed for $290

Back in Nov. Last year I sign up for free trial for Bella skin cream. Received product wasn't impressed so called to cancel subscription. I had received another months supply a couple days after I had cancelled. So I called Bella customer service again and they said to return and they would refund the money they had taken from my credit card. So I did so and then notice two weeks later they had cheated another months supply. I hadn't even received the refund from the first one I sent back. I called and they said that they will refund the money to my card. I didn't even received the second shipment and I mailed the first back. They toyed with me about the refund said they had refunded the money but they had not. They wouldn't even listen to me after they seen on their end they had already refunded my money. I had even my credit card company call and they said that they would have to put it in review and it'd b 3 weeks. 3 $eels went by no refund. They basically stole my money and it looks like this company has stole from many more hard working people. At the end of my battle with them before I knew there was a time period from a fraud claim with my credit card for you to file for Bella had told me that they found there mistake and it was their mistake but the company is under new management now and wouldn't be liable for the old managements mistake. Click. Yeah pissed off like a hardass working struggling mother of 5 getting ripped off by a multimillionaire company should be.!

BellaLabs - Returned product but no refund after months of fighting with

I had gotten a free trial of your skin cream. Wasn't impressed so had cancelled my membership to receive more. But before I could do so I had notice they had already shipped another months supply and had already had taken even the next months supply off my credit card. So when I received the product in the mail I had immediately returned product like they had instructed and they said my money would b returned. I waited and waited no refund on my card. Called to tell them and they said they refund my money and I was telling them they hadn't and they would say they were putting me through to another department but it was never answered. Called many times and they were very rude. Once I called and told them just my area code and they said we refunded your money and wouldn't take any information from me just hung up. I even had my credit card call them with me to be put off more and more. Basically they waited till the charge was so old that the credit card company couldn't fill out a dispute order which I thought wouldn't b nessecary because I thought eventually someone would listen that they had not returned the money or ATLEAST not to my card but I was wrong. The last call with my credit card I was basicallly told yeah we know our mistake and we didn't refund the money to right card but tough *** we are under new management so I get nothing back and they said they wouldn't even return the product or give me some kind of credit for the $195 they they had gotten off my card. I basically got robbed of my hard earned money
