Verizon - I've been a customer for 20+ years......no more!

I just spent over 8 hours on the phone with them this week, to add a line and change my phone. 8 HOURS! my wife had to take over to get it done, and they totally ripped her off. we are told on the phone that our new bill is $109 but on line it says $175 and when i called they assured me it was only $109 and JUST NOW on chat they said 'nope, it's $175!'. they have lost their collective minds over there! what a crap customer service company.
