Babyliss Paris - No service for your products even under warranty
I write emails and make calls. They keep re-directing to different places and I end up getting no solution for my issue. I have to trying to talk to the right person for more than an year now. I'm unable to use the product. I cant believe how a customer care can be so lenient. They send quick replies to check if your product is under warranty. They have a canned response for customers without warranty. Once they figure out your product is still in warranty, then ignore your messages. I think Im going to end up trying to reach them until warranty runs out in a couple more months.
