Verizon Wireless - Poor Customer Service
Been on the phone for 7 hours with verizon technical service and everyone says they will need to transfer me to someone that has more knowledge. Every time they transfer me, I get disconnected! I have to go through the same thing every time I call back and explain what is going on with my phone! I started at 3 today and here it is after 10 p.m. and my phone still isn't working! I just purchased the phone November 24, 2020!
