Verizon Wireless - Incredible Frustration

I purchased two new IPhones through Verizon. They arrived a couple of days ago. My phone service on my current phones was shut off today. I have been trying to change service to the new iPhones. However, I do not have a password or pin for Verizon since, though I got Verizon through Spectrum, I do not see any indication of having received a Verizon pin through them. Without the pin and no way to get a person to talk to, with the virtual help demanding the pin before connecting me with a real person, I am stuck without a phone to call Verizon. Catch 22. Is it possible to get help. The help line I called once more demanded a pin number to talk to anyone. This is absolutely ridiculous. I need phone service. Help!!! Frank Cody
