Well, I can top this! I ordered my elderly brother (who is in poor health) and sister in law, a centerpiece for Christmas on 12/22 to be delivered 12/23. I just found out today that they never got it. I called Just Flowers only to be told they cancelled my order 12/31 (9 days after I placed the order) because they were backlogged. I couldn't believe it! Thank God it I hadn't ordered flowers for a funeral!! I will never use this company again and I will let anyone I know who is sending flowers not to use them as well. I did get the money credited back to me today but I am so upset that they never received their Christmas gift. A manager from Just Flowers just called me and said they couldn't find a florist to service the area that the flowers were going to, yet the address is a suburb of Nashville TN. B.S. - screw this *** poor company. I will bash Just Flowers every chance I get!
