They get paid and are funded by our tax dollars. Until we revolt or simply stop praying our taxes as much as well can, nothing will change. They're just part of the bureaucracy now. Look at the fact it took 6 months to get a reply to this person. It would be different if they actually cared. Since clearly they don't, and left this person with no access for so long, nothing will change.

If your financial institution is telling you they won't fight for you then you need a new institution. US Bank and Paypal were my most recent denials of effort for recovery. There is always choices. But yeah, you'd be wise to leave. If they'll treat you this way over $100 i hope they'll aren't holding the note on your house because you can see that nightmare.
