Verizon Wireless - I just spent a good hour trying to find a simple contact for my problem. I CANNOT CALL OUT OR IN ON MY PHONE.

How am I supposed to get support if I can't call? all incoming goes directly to voice mail or cut off, outgoing gets immediately cut off. I have no phone. I have one-talk business-- 2 lines on one phone and it has never functioned properly. I have missed vital calls. How do I get tech support if I can't contact anyone?
