CCS Medical - Extreme wait time on phone

The only way to ask questions of CCS is via the phone. When it's auto answer picks up, it tells you your wait is 2 minutes. An hour and 50 minutes later you're still waiting. This has happened repeatedly. Then the people that answer are usually very friendly, so you don't want to give them a hard time. I don't have time for this!

User's recommendation: Try to find a company that answers their phone, or has a live chat service.
