Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with settlement agreement. They sent me a gift card for $20.00 in the mail never responded via email for Followup but at least sent a gift card.

Received a $20.00 gift card by mail. They never did give me an option for refund or contact me back via email just sent the card which is better than nothing.

Initially a woman named Lori Contacted me about my review, I even had my receipt to show her, and then nothing. No contact back again, no refund, no replacement. Nothing.

They have never reached out and when I tried to contact them online their website to leave feedback or complaints was down. Go figure. Horrible customer service.
