ATT - Continuous TV reception problems....

for 3 weeks we have experienced TV viewing receptions problems... we have talked to many many tech service agents on the AT&;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;T customer service phone lines....we have explained our reception problems over and over and over... we have had 5 different service technicians in our house or suppose to show up at our home the techs have all problems finding our home within the sceduled 2 hour window that they were to be at our home....they have always hadSttay aways from AT&Ty an excuse why they were late by several hours....I have spent many hours sitting here at home waiting and then trying to find out where the techs are and when they will eventually show up...I have been accused of canceling one of my service tech appointments...which was totally false..We had several service agents on the phone telling us they would get back to us and only one person this last 3 weeks actually did that... we had a appointment today from 10:00AM -12:00PM..2 hour window.. of course nobody showed up.. I have talked to several AT&;amp;amp;amp;amp;amp;amp;amp;T people today... been told the tech was late...NO Kidding...he was on his way...did not show up at all...had a call from a AT&T person who asked me if we had a outage.. told him we did not have a outage. Told him what our problem was/is...and that we had a tech that did not show up...asked him his name and what part of AT&T did he work for... he refused t answer me he told me "I did'nt hear this from HIM"......that they could send all of the techs to our house they could not solve our problem because the problem was a Engineering Problem.. nobody eve showed up,,.. Talked to ANOTHER peron service agent and they told me we needed another tech appt..which I got for next Tuesday morning..... 10-12 ...the later I get a call that out problem was solved that a CARD was changed out "Down Stream" and we could do a Power reboot and our Problem would be solved.. We did that and the problem Still EXITS...(THIS is the CONDENSED version)..Could somebody please take ownership of this problem and help us to this problem...
