Fabfitfun - Lost Box Replacement missing items

The Winter 2020 box left the FabFitFun warehouse on Nov 2, contacted them on Nov 23 to explain that the box was lost. They did nothing until December 15, replacement box is missing an item I purchase in late October. They did refund my account for the missing item. Which is not acceptable to me.

User's recommendation: Do not become a member, sounds good but shipping is super slow.
