MetroPCS - Employee Conduct

I had come into the store to pay my bill. So I got out my card. She said firmly that this store only accepted cash. So I put it back in my credit card carrier and was about to leave. Then she said that I could pay over the phone by dialing 611. Why would she not inform me of payment choices at the beginning?

User's recommendation: Please train your employees to offer choices in payment in their first encounter with a customer.

I was at the store to pay my bill. I took out my debit card and had credit cards visible.

She said that this store only accepts cash. I put away my cards and was about to leave.

She then said I could call 611 to pay my bill. Why would she not offer me the two choices...
