Lemax - Problem with your products

Dear, I really dont know if you are interested in my problem but I write the same. I dont know whats happened to Lemax buildings, I say this because the shop assistant say me that this year they have some problems with your product. I creating a Village and till know I had not problem and I love your products. This year I bought a new product Santas workshop. The first time there was the man without a hand, the three balls werent attached. I change than an now there is no the Flag the description are different from the box Shipping and the Santa Workshop (the signal are inverted). Could you please give me an explanation?
