National Tire and Battery - Bad service
service was incomplete and the credit card was cancelled. Was told due to lack of use, but I only use this for major repairs NTB card.
Tried unsuccessfully to reactivate the card. Unsuccessfully both myself and NTB employee could not activate card. with the covid situation, both me and my wife drive very little. as a result, the issue with the bad sensor was not a priority.
I had previously had the car serviced for a oil change and was informed that one of the TPS needed to be replaced. I ask about issue with tire pressure but that was ok. I asked about how the tech knew which sensor was bad? I was told NTB can determine which sensor without removing tires.
To make matters worse, I was denied the $50.00 rebate because I could not use NTB card and the tire pressure sensor is still on in my car.
I am beginning to wonder if the tech replace the wrong sensor? I have had sensor replace but never had this issue????
