Durango Motor Company - Poor customer contact

Told by the business manager at Durango Motor Company that a welcome package would come from Kia finance. Didn't receive anything in month; so I called Durango and they told me to call a Kia number, which I did and the person on the phone from Kia said it would be 5 to 7 working days before I got my welcome package. I don't have an account number yet, so if I hadn't kept on top of it; it could have caused me to make a late payment.

User's recommendation: Don't believe a word a car company has to say. Only rely on your self.
