VOOPOO - Defective product (vape)

I recently bought a voopoo vape and it worked fine for 2 or 3 days after which it just started firing on its own and burning out the coils I can't even use it now it just keeps firing without even pushing the button at all. I would like to be compensated for my purchase with a replacement vape. Thank you for your time and consideration in this matter

Discrimination by nike employees

I am writing to you today because of a recent visit to the Nike outlet store in Limerick PA. I am absolutely appalled at the way me and my husband were treated by Nike Associates.

First, let me start by stating that both me and him are Avid Nike fans, we love Nike sneakers, and make regular purchases from nike.com. great customer service. And the wonderful treatment of customers is what keeps us coming back. I also love your strong message for women and for equality, which is why we were saddened and taken aback by our experience at the Nike outlet store.

My husband has purchased a pair of Air Maxes online, which we often do, that he wanted to exchange for a different size. He also had a gift card that he wanted to use to shop for more items. Since he needed these sneakers for later that day we went to the outlet store. This was a couple months ago and they were opening the store exclusively for the elderly and for those with special medical needs do to covid-19.

Now my husband at that time had recently had lost his left eye due to an accidental explosion at work, he is now blind in one eye. But at that time he was having lung problems as well due to smoke inhalation from the accident and had just had surgery done on both his eye and hand. Since he did have an open wound due to his eye surgery Eddie also had the longest problems we were told you exercise caution when going out especially now with covid-19. So we thought it was a great idea that Nike was opening their doors early for those who needed it.

Much to our dismay, after waiting in a long line with others who had medical conditions or who were elderly, we were turned away. The young man at the door informed us that unless we had a medical condition or we're out early we had to wait until normal store hours. I then explained to him that my husband recently had surgery on his eye, also was having lung problems, and should not be around large crowds due to risk of infection if a voidable. He told us we were not permitted in and to come back later.

When we asked for a manager he said he was one. Unfortunately I did not get his name because I was irate at this point. I felt as if we were being discriminated against. Here is my poor husband eye patch over his eye, arm in a cast, breathing problems Etc and we are turned away as we watch the rest of the line of seemingly healthy individuals enter the store with no question.

How dare Nike assume that he has no medical problems just because he is not elderly? Where is the equality that Nike heavily promotes on their website? We were definitely not treated equally we will. My husband is not one for confrontations or scenes so we decided to be on our way unfortunately he's a knock at the sneakers Exchange in time for his event later that night.

I would like to know what Nike is going to do to compensate us for our hardship. Why promote equality on your website so heavily but then employ workers who obviously discriminate?

I'm making such a big deal of this because like I said my husband is not one for confrontations but as we got home we realized he had lost his gift card somewhere at the outlet store so Not only was he turned away at the door not only did he not get to return his shoes and go to the event but he also lost his gift card as we were at the outlets for that day. I do believe an apology is at hand not to me but see my husband who was a hard-working man and such a span of Nike shoes he has more Air Maxes than anyone I've ever seen and he got me interested in Air Maxes as well something needs to be done to compensate us for this terrible occurrence.
