Spent over $1400 on a Juki Serger that doesn't work and the seller, World Weidner a third party seller, does not take returns. Wish I would have researched the seller more and of course purchased elsewhere.

Social Security Administration - Returned copies of original documents

I sent in original forms to get a name change on my social security card. They sent me back copies of my court ordered Verified Motion and Affidavit for name restoration. They said they would send back all the original documents. Now I can not change my name on my Driver's License because I do not have the original court form. I called and talked to the office. They have no answers and no support. I now must reorder the court document and pay more fees.

I ordered appliances July 9, They were to be delivered July 23. Costco did not deliver, call or email about the order. It is now August 26 and I still do not have any appliances. I finally got ahold of customer service today and she said MAYBE get the order October 5. Can't believe it!

North Range Village Homeowners Association - Bad HOA

Updated by user Jun 14, 2017

HOA has completely ignored any of my comments. Continuing to charge me unwarranted fees.

My yard is looking spiffy.

Still working on it. The neighbors are very happy with my work, as am I ;o)

Original review May 15, 2017
The North Range Village Metro District (HOA), Charles Wolfersberger, has become infamous for imposing arbitrary fines and liens on unpopular or "rogue" homeowners. Making things up as they go along, treating people unfairly, enforcing strict adherence to their rules, collecting fees, and acting irrationally and/or illegally. These people (Charles Wolfersberger) on the HOA board are petty, vindictive, utterly incompetent and control freaks. Last fall I evicted a very bad renter. This renter completely destroyed the interior and exterior of my house. The police were called every time I tried to clean up the property and I was removed. Immediately after eviction I began clean up filling up a 35 ton roll off for starts. I cut down a 30 foot tree and cleaned up the yard as much as I could before winter set in. The HOA gave me ONE DAY to clean up and then started harassing me and adding up fines. Come this April I began the spring clean up. Reseeding the lawn, fertilizing, and fixing sprinklers. There are no weeds! May 2 the HOA sends me two lawn care notices and $100 extra fine ($50 previous). REALLY??? MAY 2!!! Rome wasn't built in a day! If they'd take the time to really look, the grass seed is SLOWLY starting to grow. In the back yard I am redoing the sprinkler system and preparing to reseed. Now what else can a person do???
