Udis - Freezer burnt pizza

I am a great long time customer and love all your products. On Nov 20/2020i purchased 4 of your uncured pep. pizza as I do each week. The reason for contacting you today is that the pizzas were so freezer burnt they were unable to eat. I returned to the store only for the manager to day no refund or exchange Please I am asking you help to make the situation right and you contact me at my mailing address below. I am including all info on the boxes and apologize for any inconvenience I have caused. I thank you so very much for all your time and consideration.please do respond.
