BTW Brett should be capitalized. Talk about lazy.

EatnPark doesn't value their customers

EatnPark does not care about their customers and has the worst food, especially for breakfast. If you are not familiar with EatnPark, it is a chain of restaurants in the Pennsyvania,Ohio and West Virginia area similar to a Denny's. I have gone their for breakfast a few times and lately their food gets worse everytime I go,but this time I will never go their again.Their breakfast buffet costs about $7 and the food if horrible. The eggs are in chunks sitting in water, the toast is hard as rock, the bacon is all fat and greasy, the silver dollar pancakes are hard on the edges and stale, and the fruit seems like it is reused on the buffet everyday.I have complained to the manager a few times in the past 3 years, with the last time being back in January of this year, when the supposedly non-smoking restaurant had almost a dozen smokers in front of the restaurant smoking.I went past them, despite me being on portable oxygen with lung problems and got seated near the rest of their large group from Macy's who were being loud and obnoxious, clapping and yelling every few minutes at a so called meeting. When I told the manager,he did nothing and didn't even apologize, and when I emailed the company they sent me an apology letter. Today, I went there to give the buffet another try thinking it would be ok,but of course it was lousy,as previously described, and when I told the manager,he ignored me. I told him I needed my bill since I wanted to leave and my waitress was nowhere to be found. When I went to pay,he was waiting for me at the register, and when I told him I did not care for the food,he belittled me and asked if I was the one who complained months ago about the smoking. I said yes, and he then ignored my complaint and asked me why I come back here when I don't like the food.Well, there are not alot or restaurants where I live and it is convenient so that is why I thought I would try it again today. The manager then told me that since I complain all the time he doesn't want me to come back to his restaurant! Would you believe that? I haven't been to this place in months and the last few times I ate here, I paid my bill without saying anything.Well, I am done with all EatnPark restaurants since this is the way they treat their customers, especially disables ones and my friends and family will also never eat at an EatnPark again!

You are the most miserable person I've ever come across, you troll resteraunts and complain?? You really need to get a life!

People smoke OUTSIDE..so walk you're *** around, it's really pathetic that you have nothing else to do but complain...I wouldn't allow you to come back either...I can bet that all these places you complain about roll they're eyes in the back of their heads and think oh here we go again the lady who *** about everything, congratulations you labeled yourself ...why don't you just take a step back and maybe realize how you treat others and maybe try to be a little positive. It really works...stop feeling bad for yourself, and maybe try some positive responses...

#129963

I am with the manager I would not like you to come back either, it seems like everywhere you go you are ripped off or treated badly.

Not Fooling everyone you said it, she asks for lots of freebies (mostly food) in her other letters. I requested she use food stanps.

#20456

Why not try cooking at home? It's more convenient to buy groceries and fix up dinner than driving out to a restaurant where you know the food isn't so great.

Not to mention with the high gas prices nowadays, this could even save you more time and money. If you didn't like the food several times you've been there, doesn't going back again seem a bit ridiculous?

#15923

Not fooling anyone, she has a habit of complainig for petty things. She also has a habit to try to get things for free.

If she does not agree with you she results to being rude and nasty. He does not even teach her children to clean up after themselves. If they make a mess she rudely tells people that she does not get paid to clean up her messes. She is rude, and self centered and thinks the universe revolves around her.

She is passing this prastice on to her children. She claims to be an adult but I think she is some child wanting attention by posting letters.

#14148

Of course they don't value a "customer" who complains about factors that a chain/buffet can't control. People smoking outside?

Others being too loud?

If you noticed that the buffet didn't look fresh, why would you ever return? Answer: to complain & try to get something free!

IHOP in Pittsburgh,Pa, not worth the wait!

I went to the new IHOP in Pittsburgh,Pa because my daughter wanted to try the Horton Hears the Who pancakes. It was obviously busy,so we went in and asked how long the wait was. They told us no longer than 35 minutes and it will go fast.We waited in the lobby squashed in like sardines, and ended up waiting for more than an hour! We then got seated at a tiny, wobbly table between 2 large groups of people, and waited a long time without a waitress coming to our table. I finally asked the waitress, and she said she thought we were with one of the 2 groups of people we were sitting in between, even though it was obvious we weren't waited on and had no drinks. When finally got our food, my daughter gobbled her pancakes up since she was so hungry from the long wait.My pancakes were a small portion for what I payed for them and the drinks were warm.It was so loud in there I couldn't even think straight, and I left hungry,in spite of their commercials, I did not leave happy! It was not their fault they were so busy, but they could of had better food, asked if the seating was ok, and not lied about the wait! I am done with IHOP!

Paid, not payed, if you really were a registered nurse you would know how to spell.

The new IHop at McCandless Crossing is a joke.

We went shortly after they opened. The waitress had no idea of the menu items - the food was poor quality, overcooked and took a very long time from ordering to delivery.

We never saw her after she delivered the food. I had to track her down to get the check and then I had to track down someone to pay the bill. Yesterday, I took the grandkids thinking that maybe our first experience was due to the fact that the restaurant was new, the employees were new and they needed to get their act together.

Not so, the food is still bad and the service is still poor. Save your money and get your pancakes from McDonalds!

Wait, you went to a restaurant when it was busy and expected to be treated well? Sounds like you went during the weekend rush.

Do you also go to the grocery store Saturday or Sunday morning or afternoon? Learn to go at off-peak times if you really want better service. Also, IHOP isn't worth 5 minute wait. 35 minutes for pancakes?

Your priorities are outta whack. Sounds like this was all your fault, buddy.

The IHOP in Robinson Town Centre is a fine place to get different tasty breakfast options and good service. I only have one recommendation: Do NOT go at night.

The girls and guys in the morning have all been wonderful however in the evenings the service and management seems to have slipped down a few notches.

Of course any where will be busy on weekends and especially right after opening glitches will occur, but you can't write it off completely.

The host didn't "lie". The wait is an estimate.

If the tables that are full don't get up after they are done, then the people waiting have to wait a little longer. Every weekend from 8a-1p its a constant breakfast rush at Ihop, and we are PACKED. Yes your waitress was not the brightest, however, you cannot get mad about the wait. If a table doesn't open up, it doesn't open up.

Its not just at Ihop, its at ANY restaurant. Yet for some reason people can't seem to understand that and they rip only on Ihop.

anyone know how to get in touch with their com[plaint dept? theres nothing on ihop.com

Yeah, I know what you mean. IHOP used to be a great place to get breakfast.

They were sold to someone years ago, and their service\quality of food has stunk ever since. The last time I took my family to eat there, the four of us order NORMAL breakfast items, no side, and just coffee and milk. It cost us $60 for breakfast! What rip.

Not to mention the quality of their food, is subpar......Never again! Its only a matter of time, until they go out of buisness!

I got two coupons for free combo meals. The people at the one nearest me had never seen one like mine and advised me to go to a corporate store as they were a franchise.

The coupons do not have a look up code or and type of designation as to how they should be redeemed.

I have yet to find a corporate store. I have emailed Wendys and am awaiting a response :sigh
