They claim a 100% refund of purchase price if not satisfied bought 11/8 took one of the topper out on placed on bed 11/30 did not work on my temped bed called to get RMA number to return it told they would not take it back that I needed to donate it and get a signature then they would refund my money. Called salvation Army they d0 not want it- another shelter here didnt want so i am out 200.00 dollars not happy will not do business with my pillow again.
